I agree. Pagid makes the most dust, but they are quiet as a resullt. I put PBR deluxe on mine and they squeal a little from time to time. but zero dust. No dust = harder pads = more squeals. Actually the squeal I have is from the rears, I put antisqueal paste on the back of one set of pads, but they were truly horrilble nonetheless. I replaced them with another set of PBR deluxe and they don't squeal as much as the previous pair, even though they are the same brand.
Could also be rotors BTW.
