Just slacken the wheel lugs a bit, then push on the top of the vehicle to get the car swaying back and forth.. You may have to push with some force, almost like your trying to tip the car over... The inertia should break em' loose... It worked for me, after a lot of kicking the darn of the wheels.. Also, don't use silicone spray anywhere on the wheels or hubs.. That stuff may interfere with your braking.. just clean up both sides where the hub meets the wheel good with a wire brush.. Get all the rust and grime outta there... Then, you can add a very small amount of Anti Seize compound on the area in between the lug holes - aka, the area that you cleaned up really well... Don't get ANY of that Anti-Seize on the bolts though, you WANT those to STAY PUT... As always, YMMV...
