V6 pulley seizing?

1994 V6 2.5L (137,500 miles)
As of yesterday afternoon, I have started to hear a horrendous grinding noise (like a really bare brake pad grinding into a rotor) for a few seconds right after start-up. I have isolated the noise to one of any of the serpentine pulleys.
Just a moment ago, for the first time I also heard some belt squeal and smelled a little rubber at start up. Previously, I had detected only a faint metallic odor.
I anticipate one of the pulleys is starting to seize. I just had the water pump replaced about 30K miles ago (bearing failure), so I hope that the water pump is not failing again already.
I am going to give the belt some slack and find-out which pulley it is, but I am hoping for a little more info about what I am looking at.
Standing at the passenger side fender the bottom right is the A/C, and the "center" one is the water pump. Which pulleys are which among all the other ones?
