I have those size tires on my '97 900. With Abbott springs, there was a lot of rubbing in the back with people back there, but some trimming of the rear bumper fixed most of it. If yours isn't lowered, you may not have any problems. The Tech II can only adjust the speedometer of the 9-3, not the 900. You'll only be off by maybe 3 MPH at freeway speeds, and our cars tend to read low anyway.
