9-3 base, will new wheels enhance handling?

Hey everybody
I have a 2001 9-3 base, with 15 inch wheels. Will increasing the wheels to 16 inches add any NOTICEABLE difference in handling? It just seems a little shaky on some tight corners. Maybe I am driving too fast.
Love the car.
