GM has several cars that have automatic lighting systems that turn on all the lights at dusk. Our Venture minivan has this system and it works. I see too many people driving in bad weather with just their DRL's, or worse, no lights at all.
I also see a fair number of new Oldsmobile Auroras that have the dual rear fog lights on the bottom half of their rear bumpers, and people never seem to remember to turn them off.
