A couple of months ago, while making a u-turn, I hit a curb with the front-right tire of my '02 9-3 SE. I was going no faster than 5 mph. As a result, the front-end alignment was thrown out of whack (the car drifts left). A short time later, I took the car in for its 10k checkup and told them about the alignment problems. The Saab service dept's initial response was that perhaps the tire pressure was incorrect. I was a bit taken aback by this as I was sure that the curb-jolt had screwed up the alignment. But I dutifully accepted Saab's explanation and after the scheduled maintenance checkup, drove the car off the lot. And of course, the car was still misaligned. So I took it back to the dealer the next day and complained. They assured me they would take a deeper look into the problem. The next day I got a call from one of the techs and he went on about my car's caster, camper and toe and the various adjustments that were made to compensate for the car's misalignment. I asked him pointedly if the problem had been fixed. He hedged a bit but assured me it had been. So I picked up my car at the dealer later that evening, and wouldn't you know it, the problem had not been fixed. As a matter of fact the car now feels like I am steering a boat as it drifts both left AND right and the steering wheel is constantly shimming. Needless to say, I am pissed.

Sorry to be a bit long-winded about this, but I wanted to know if anyone else on this board has had any front-end problems with their Saabs and if so have the problems been fixed by Saab and how?
