Hi!
Don't go anywhere near the Saab wheels - they're soft and bend. I.e. CRAP. The BBS RK wheels that Saab sells are quite reasonably priced, and I would go for 16" with the dreadful state of your US highways.
I would also put in SE springs with Koni shocks. The Abbot B&G springs are so hard that the strut bearings break. The Abbot steering mods are a must.
My base 9-3 steered better than my current M3.
