Gabriel,
I've got B&G sport springs, along with Koni shocks on a 2000 base 9-3. The combination works great, and the car tracks around corners like it's on a rail. However, the B&G's are quite stiff, which I like, but not everyone does. I have heard that Eibachs have a softer ride.
On a different note, I have also heard that it is not advisable to install lowering springs while keeping the stock shocks. The shocks will be operating out of their normal range of motion, and this may adversely affect handling and/or damping. The stock shocks that Saab supplies here in the U.S. are like limp noodles.
Tires are also important here. I upgraded to 16" wheels with Michelin Pilot XGT-Z4, which made a huge difference over the stock 15" wheels and Michelin MXV4 tires. If you've got 15" wheels with "touring" tires like the MXV4's, I would recommend upgrading them before the suspension, because a sportier suspension will only highlight the weaknesses in the tires.
Happy driving,
SteveH
