I picked up a set of these from tirerack.com for about $95 each a month ago and they really are great. No where near as much noise as the high perf dunlops I've used in the past, that's a big plus, I would avoid the dunlops for that reason. They do very well in the water too, I had a near accident last week in a downopour and couldn't believe the car actually stopped in time! cornering they are great, very sticky, certainly as good as any pirelli, michelin or dunlop I've had on my previous three saabs. Too soon to tell on tire wear, but they had the highest tread wear of any other tire I looked at. In the end I only expect to get two seasons out of them. I upgraded to 215/45/17 from the stock 15" size and would recommend doing the same if you can afford it. Then you can just use the stock wheels for snow tires in the winter.
