Dean C and Mr Roper...
We'd be glad to help you if you'd back down on your harsh judgement of your cars as being "crap".
I gather you're both new here and new to Saabs. I think people are insulting you only because you are insulting their cars (and they're not having the same bad experiences that you are). And we all know how seriously Americans take their cars. ;-)
If you work with us and explain the problems then maybe a solution can be found... I would also suggest that you keep a cool but firm demeanor when you go into the dealership. Nobody likes a loudmouth (and I'm not accusing you of being one) because it doesn't help the situation at all.
As I tell a lot of people... Sometimes, a bad dealer can make an otherwise good car a horrible experience. Or on the contrary a GOOD dealer can make a bad car a GOOD experience. If you're not getting what you want from that dealer, take the car to ANOTHER one (is that an option for you? Is another close by?) You don't have any obligation to get it serviced at the place you bought it.
In the end... Don't be so harsh. It's just a CAR.
