Have seen many posts complained about the service and cost at Saab dealers. But Saab dealers have the 3rd highest customer satisfaction ranking. Some Saab dealers must be doing something right.

Fees quoted on this BB seem amazingly high compared to what I am paying. I see quotes of $250 for 10K-mile service & $400 - $800 for 30K-mile service at Saab dealers. OUCH!! Someone using an independent shop quoted $100 for 10K-mile and $450 for 30K-mile. Better, but still an ouch!

I just had a 10K-mile service at my Saab dealer for $89.95 out the door. (I have some $10.00 off “any service” coupons they gave me when I bought the car so I paid $79.95) The 30K-mile service is $299.95. These are the dealer’s printed price not verbal estimates! How can the difference from Saab dealer to dealer be that large? How much are you paying for service?
