You didn't mention your mileage limit. Are you close? Over???
If you have a 3-36k lease, I'd make them sweat it for a couple of weeks. They'll probably wholesale your car for 12,500 or so and they'll have transportation and inspection expenses on top of that. 2 door base 93's are about the lowest demand saab vehicles coming out of least too. $12,500 is what I'd be aiming for.
You can also do a sanity check of your own. You know how much retail was, what your payments were, what you paid down at purchase, and you know what they're asking now. You know the interest rate and you know that they claimed depreciation on your car while you were driving it. If you need help figuring their investment and return, post all of the numbers back and i'll help you figure it out. Knowing what they have invested really helps your negotiation. (also note any mileage and wear/tear issues)
