And why the left side? About 6 mos before ours went dark, I noticed that the beam from that side would jiggle on the wall as I pulled into the garage. When I replaced the bulb, the jiggle went away, so I'm guessing that the support inside the bulb was faulty(?) The new left bulb (now about 1 yr old) has just started to jiggle again, but the original right side bulb is still fine.
