brake pad/disc replacement

I recently offered to replace the brakes (pads and discs, front and rear) on a friend's '98 or '99 9-3. Car is an SE and she already bought the necessary components from one of the site sponsors. Several questions before I start working on the car (in a week or two)
(1) does the caliper need to come off to remove the disc, or does it pivot (9000 style)?
(2) what is proper torque for caliper to steering member bolts (assume there are 2 bolts?) I recall a value of 60 ft-lbs for the 900/9000 calipers
(3) to avoid squeaking/chatterring pads I should apply (anti squeal or similar) grease to back of brake pads?
(4) Should the caliper pins be lubricated? If so, with what substance (basic engine assembly lube?)
(5) When finished, I planned to bleed fresh fluid through the system. I made a pressure bleeder out of a garden sprayer (see my saab page below) - I assume this will work, Are there any problems associated with ABS that I need to attend to?
thanks in advance,
nt moore
