How many missed shifts should I put up with?

Hey all,
From the very first day, there have been occasion where (I'm guessing) the teeth aren't lining up for 1,3 and 5. It probably happens once a day. I just put it in neutral, pop the clutch, then try again. It almost always goes in then, but not always for 1st gear. My '85 900T with 200k started doing it in 1 and 3 when I sold it.
So, do I take it to the dealer and have Bif mess with it, or trust that the assemblers at the factory know more than the dealer and it was put together at the factory as well as it's going to be?
Thanks,
Nathan
