check the service history. If it has been serviced according to Saab's recommendations, then that's a good sign.
dents on the wheels may not be a sign of abuse. Ive got a dent on one, and I think it's because it got hit with a flying rock while driving. There really is no other explanation for it.
look for missing pixels on the SID (not an overly common problem, but it's really easy to look for it)
above all, just look throughout the car to see what kind of shape it's in. If the first owner cared for it, you'll be able to tell with just a little bit of searching.
if you are impressed with the test drive, you may want to consider having an oil analysis done to see if anything is out of the ordinary. Search this board for more info on that.
