I have had high speed balance issues with my 9-3 and it nearly always due to uneven tread wear and occurs upon tire rotation or remounting. When the front end starts dancing at speed I always find the problem is the tread wear and not the alignment. I been through the exact same thing twice. Reality is the 9-3 eats tires if you drive aggressively.
