When really running the car out, I will shift at 6K, around town 4.5k. I have hit the box in my 99V and its not pretty(6.8K), but the markings on the road are pretty cool, three feet of rubber and two clean then another three feet again. I do my best not to hit the limmit, but the tires just burn off the car until third gear and even then in a turn the inside is still spinning. db
