Mike Shaw service in Denver-Rant-How about you?

So I make an appointment a week in advance to get my 30K service on my Viggen. I take it in on a Wednesday 7am. They check it in at 7:30 and I'm off to pick up my loaner (they tried to give me a dodge neon and complained and they gave me a Monte Carlo-Where's the saab loaner I used to get?)Wednesday night they call and tell me they haven't got it in the shop yet. Thursday night they call and tell me it will go into the shop in the morning. Friday afternoon they tell me it will be done by closing, which by then I couldn't pick it up. Then they tried to charge me for the loner car over the weekend. There is a serious problem there, and they are not interested in making it right. Why did my car sit there for 2 1/2 days to get worked on when I made an appointment in advance? I had some of the best service there last year, but the last two times I've been in it has gotten worse. I will definately use my independant for future work, since they are not interested in keeping customers happy. A free Saab shirt or mugh would have at least been a gesture. OK, I feel a bit better now.
