I did the break-in/bed-in/burn-in procedure "to-the-letter". E-Europarts says they will not warrant the rotors they sell when used with EBC pads.
They (e-Europarts, via telephone call) claim EBC has a know problem of pads having a high copper content in their pads a recently as 1.5 yrs ago--and that (allegedly) EBC knows that E-Europarts has filed a formal complaint with them on this topic.
The run out was checked with a dial indicator.
Dean, you do and have recommend to many posters over time to use the e-europarts rotors with the EBC greenstuff pads. I do not hold you personally responsible --so do not take my remarks this way. I'm sure there are many satisfied owners with this combo, and
I followed your advice too.
I just thought you'd find it interesting what happens when it doesn't work out. E-Europarts will not support this combination.
