Manual Trans Fluid Question...

Hello All,
Some time ago I posted a stupid story that I thought that my clutch was going because I thought it was slipping, then I thought it wasn't slipping anymore etc... Well, long story short, it was slipping (intermittently (weird?)) so I had it replaced. I had a Viggen clutch installed since it was only nine dollars more, and I've been kicking around the idea of getting Speedparts ECU. TO bearing and slave cylinder were also replaced. The whole job set me back just over $900.00. Ouch.
Anyway, no more slipping. Viggen clutch grabs like mad. That's a good thing. Here's the questionable thing, my mechanic also put in MTF0063. But I noticed on the invoice that he charged me for only two bottles of the stuff. I'm concerned because I don't think he followed the service bulletin instructions of drain, fill, run, drain fill, run, drain and fill. The whole process is supposed to take 4.5 liters. So, what adverse affects should I expect? Can I run it until I do drain/fill myself this weekend?
TIA,
SR
