My SAAB 2003 9-3 has been back to the dealer twice for a stuck handbrake. They replaced both times. I was the only member of my family ultimately able to free the thing up both times to get it back to the showroom. One time I was afraid I would not be able to return from Vermont. Clearly, from the posts, there is an issue here which has still not been resolved in the 2004 model. Any thoughts?
