Brake pedel travel...help please!

Hi All
And a Merry Christmas to all my American Saabin'cousins!
Having decided to keep my 2002 93 TDi for a bit longer, i just spent over $2000 on uprating the brakes and suspension. Koni's and Eibach springs, rack brace, poly bushes mean the handling is now great...BUT, new discs all round, Aero pads, DOT 5 Fluid, new servo, master cylinder, braided hoses etc etc and the pedal still travels nearly to the floor!!
Saab had to help out my garage with poor brakes to start and they have been bled many times, but after a good test drive incl 2x full stops from 110 MPH (stopped great, no steering input needed, lots of smoke from the new pads) the pedal still gives me cause for concern.
Any help with a definitive solution would be greatly appreciated.
Regards from the UK.
Mark
