I have experienced this problem before- I think there is somewhat of a design flaw in the heat/ventilation in all 9-3s. This can certainly be debated. I believe this is stemmed from how the dial is set up for defrost, floor and dash vents. It's screwed up if you ask me. I drove my old 900s 285k miles and very rarely had this problem. It even happens in the rain in July sometimes with my 9-3
But to answer your question see if by chance your air (inside cabin) re-circulation switch was somehow played with. If it's engaged this will recyle all the air inside the car including the moist air. Also lets face it windows fog up do to temp and moisture. Keep the fans going on windshield and side windows even if it's just lightly. you may have to crack a rear window to remove the moisture and circulate the air too.
I'm sure you'll hear about other instances and suggestions from the others.
