Roslyn is useless. I attempted to deal with her 2.5 years ago and got nowhere with her. She is paid to avoid making concessions to the customer. I'll never forget her telling me that it was my responsibility to figure out who "rigged" the repairs on my 9-3: The dealer or the Factory rep (they both were blaming each other for the rigged repair). Never have I had such unprofessional service in my life.
Look into your states lemon law. I'm assuming that you have a loaner from the dealer? I'd pursue a full refund under your state's lemon law (assuming it would fall under this) and push Saab into a corner since they drag their feet any chance they get. I'd also write a letter and send it certified mail to the dealership and Saab USA customer service informing them of your wishes to have a full refund (assuming that is what you are pursuing).
Mediocrity is what Saab's customer service strives for. I've gotten much better repair and customer service from Ford, Chevrolet, and Acura.
