As Peter points out below, your tires should not be that worn, and the warranty should cover replacement.
Have someone knowledgeable look at the tires and see if he can determine whether the wear is due to defective tires or an alignment issue with your car. If the wear patterns look strange (outside of the tire worn more than inside, for example), you should probably get an alignment. If wear is uneven as you go around the tire, you may have a balance issue or a bent rim. If outside edges are worn more than center, you are probably underinflated. Conversely, if the inside is worn more than the shoulders, you're overinflated.
Still, if the tires are that worn after only 25,000, it seems like you either have an alignment problem or defective tires.
