You can also find vacuum hoses and other silicone hoses, clamps, elbows etc. on ebay if you like to buy there, but it is hit and miss. Some friends with tricked out engines buy from Hose Techniques, and only have good things to say.
Most vacuum hoses will not need a clamp, but you may want to get a handful of cable ties from a parts store, you have to cut some old ones.
Careful handling the hose from the valve cover to the throttle body, and the check valve (PCV valve) in it. It is not really a vac hose, but part of the crankcase ventilation system. The valve and the little branch-shaped plastic coupling at the valve cover often need replacing, age makes them brittle, and the valve clogs up contributing to the sludging problem and valve cover leaks.
9189564, PCV valve, less than $20 depending on where you get it
9165903, valve "nipple", around $2
9549593, nipple bushing, $2-3, if oil is starting to leak around it
(one of the techs in chat on this site suggested replacing those at the same time as the hoses, and sure enough, the valve broke a few weeks later when someone was handling it on my car)
