. . . screwdriver, preferably wide at the base. There are plastic clips that holid it in. Just unplug the mirror, plug the new one in & carefully presss it into the same clips.
Save the old one in case you sell the car to someone who doesn't like it. The convex mirror will take a few days of getting used to. Good luck!
