The front end of these cars may become very noisy when the temp drops sub zero and will behave well when it warms up. It may be hard to diagnose this problem in spring. And the proposed fix (sway bar bushing re-work) sometimes does not fully take care of the problem. Plus, both of my Saabs (1995, 1999) generally behaved well in many respects, when the weather is warm and start behaving wierd when it gets real cold. The real test is cold weather and you may not know the full story until next winter. Good luck...
