You can hot wire the fuel pump to see if it runs. Open the fuse panel and find the pump fuse and interior light fuse(which has power all the time). Get a metal rod or wire and connect the positive (top) of the interior light fuse port to the negative (bottom) of the fuel pump fuse. You should hear the pump running.
If you have a volt meter, pull the fuse 16B and put the positive probe on the top and ground the negative probe to the metal body. When the key is turned on, you should see 12V for 6 seconds. Turn the key off and turn the key back on and you should see 12v for 2 additional seconds. If not, your Crank shaft position sensor is bad. The 6 and 2 seconds is only for Turbo.
There are many discussions regarding how to measure and diagnose for CPK. My nostart turned out to be a CPK
