I could be wrong about this, but a while back when my SO was having an issue getting something fixed on her 9-3, we took it to another dealer and they told us that once you have a dealer start on a specific problem, they "own" it. So if a second dealer works on the same problem, they can't get paid for the warranty work (and in our case, if we wanted them to do it anyway, we would have had to pay out of pocket for the work). So try to work it out with the dealer you've been taking it to (unlesss the dealer we went to lied to us so they wouldn't have to do the work, which is also possible...)
