I replaced my 2002 9-3 AC compressor in september.
I get a groan like sound that I can hear and feel in the brake pedels when I come to a stop or when lightly accelerating. The groan isn't always there, but I've been getting it more and more. I don't get it at all if I turn off the fan or put the AC in ECON mode.
Heres the thing... I didn't replace the receiver dryer. My AC blows cold air still.
Is there a way I can check the compressor health by looking at the scope?
Should I replace the receiver dryer anyways?
