It's always hard to tell if another shop is right or not since they are the ones that have looked at the car and I not.
The transmission mount have a tendency to break quite often (especially if it is an auto?). The other mounts seems to go on living for a long time. So you might only need the transmission mount?
The intermediate drive shaft and right/inner C/V joint can cause vibrations during acceleration so they might be correct in that case.
Warped brake rotors cause vibrations when braking, so that seems ok.
What's the deal with the ABS system? Do you get an intermittent fault code in the ABS system? It might be the ABS computer only.
Saab doesn't sell the ABS computer alone (yet) but you have to buy the whole ABS/hydraulic unit for many money.
Just recently it have started to pop up rebuilders of those ABS units and you might be able to have it repaired for a lot less.
Do a search on the 9-5 board since those ABS units are similar and the topic has been discussed recently.
Bad SID display might be something you can live with for right now until you have gotten the major problems figured out.
Serpentine belt and plastic pulleys should be replaced somewhere around 60K
You also have the 60K major service to think about.
