You're wrong, sport package optional..... Posted by Mike Lynch [Email] (#81) [Profile/Gallery] (more from Mike Lynch) on Fri, 28 Oct 2005 12:12:47 In Reply to: I still disagree, dcjayhawk, Fri, 28 Oct 2005 11:21:18 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
2002 and 2003 Verts were identical except for the sport package option, the non sport package cars were identical, 'cept for some new colors and color deletions. 2002's were the last sun green, 2003's added merlot. Oooooh Designer Edtion with the red piping, never seen one, but it put me off the 2005 Special Edition and that was a mistake, the 2005 was actually nice stuff and colors.
2002 was a Viggen and an SE with standard premium package. Sport package was 17" twin dual spokes, my 2nd favorite Saab wheel after the BBS' (although I'm becoming fond of Klingons), sport steering wheel and rear spoiler. 2003 was no Viggen and the sport package option became the "Viggen Lite" all the Viggen body and interior toys without the motor and suspension and of course availible in automatic, 2003 Viggen Lites all had carbon fiber dashes, 02s were all wood dashes 'cept for Viggens which had the goofy speckle dash in the charcoal and I think carbon fiber in the tan Viggen interior.
BTW, heated seats were a stand alone option for '02 and '03.
