At the end of my rope, can anybody help?

I have a relatively simple problem. My '95 900S needs an idle pulley and belt. I took it to the dealer to have it done, along with an inspection two weeks ago. I left it there two days, only to be told that the idle pulley isn't in stock, and their inspection machine is down, so they can't fix either of my problems. "Call us on Tuesday," they said. I called Tuesday, then again on Thursday, and nobody ever called me back.
I gave up and called another Saab dealer, even further from my house, and told them how I got jerked around by the other dealer and nobody ever called me back. I explained my problem to them a few days ago. Never called me back either.
I tried ordering the pulley/guide roller/serp belt on my own, but nobody seems to have it in stock. Hell, half the places I called can't even order it.
So now my car is still broken, or at least will be soon, and the inspection is expired. I don't even use it anymore, it just sits under the tree under a blanket of leaves. Can anbody help me fix this thing?
