It is pretty straightforward. No drilling. Simply remove the old one and fit the new. Just make sure to put all the bolts in by hand before tightening them. The 2 big bolts go to 15 ftlbs (Not too tight) and the little one just past snug, only around 10ft lbs..
Everybody else likes pictures and complained about the written instructions.. :)
