If this is a 4 cylinder it is possible that the oil presure switch is leaking onto the front exhaust/converter. The oil presure switch lives up on the back side of the engine block behind the starter motor. It is visible from up top on the drivers side, a good flashlight or bend-a-light may help in locating it. A trip up on a lift would certanly reveal what's leaking. But what concerns me more is this bottoming out on the concrete floor. You should try to establish what exactly is dragging across the floor (hopefully not the oil pan!). I have heard noises from the mud flaps as we drive over the theshold in our shop. They make quite an alarming noise. But with the help of an assistant you should be able to pinpoint what's bottoming out. Hopefully it's nothing serious. Good luck.........
