If not, would you consider adding more?
Your car is different than mine so this is a guess, but I bet there is another set of tweeter or door speakers--or both--wired in series with the speaker that you're trying to replace. If that's the case you could probably rewire the new 2 Ohms with those existing speakers in some type of series parallel arrangement that would get you back to what the amp needs to see.
If there aren't other stock speaker to change the wiring-with, one possible solution could be to consider adding a set of tweeters in series. What is the amp seeing per channel right now?
