... or neglected. From rust to dings to worn emblems to flakey dash... I'd definitely walk away from it. Even though it has 'low' miles, if it wasn't maintained (given the lack of care in other regards, I'd find it hard to belive that it was properly cared for in the important aspects), those 55K would be worse than 150K of religious maintenance and care.
There are better cars out there for less.
IRT warm versus cold weather, my NG900 is just fine in hot weather (upper 90s to low 100s in the summer). If anything, it likes how more than cold. Go figure.
Try to find a car that's FSBO. You're far more likely to get a feel for how well it's been taken care of (general cleanliness of the household, how the car looks without being professionally detailed, etc.) and you're more likely to be able to get all of the records for the car, too. Regular maintenance is the key, here. Major and minor services done; all oil changes...
