Yes it could be a multitude of places where it is leaking from but if a reputable Saab shop has pressure tested the system and not found any leaks, it points toward the head gasket.
I would also run a combustion leak test where I look for exhaust gases in the cooling system. If that comes up positive, it also points toward a head gasket leak.
If you also see oil leak from front/left of head gasket, it might be another sign of a bad gasket.
The left/front corner of the gasket goes bad on these B204 engines due to that the head bolts are not torqued properly.
