Saab is a luxury brand or at least GM is trying to sale it that way.
But Saab Customer Service is no where near Lexus or Mercedes, their customer service is world class. Lexus gained market share by making quality product and having exceptional customer service.
If you paid more for you car, I think you can expect better service.
I still like my Saab, no... I love it even with all its problems :-)
But if rumor is true that GM is silently exiting Saab, cutting its customer service makes sense? It's a cheap exit strategy, and a bad one for the Saab brand.
