If the car has been running cool (like WAY at the bottom of the gauge - normal is right in the middle) then the thermostat is likely stuck open. Gas mileage is a common symptom of an oxygen sensor failure, but, it may not be both of them. I'd also have the codes read and make sure of the oxygen sensor failure before you replace them. A failing Mass Air Flow sensor can often bring your gas mileage down.
As for the crank position sensor, have you been having problems starting the car when warm? The DIC doesn't have anything to do (to my knowledge) with the crank position sensor code. If your CPS is failing, the car will often be difficult to start when warm.
