Do I have rear wheel bearing probs, or something else?

I'm getting a noise from the right side, I think rear: when I first go forward, after about 5 feet there is one audible but not too loud "knock" and that's it. Then, when I reverse, again after about 5 feet, the same, one "knock"
I have the rear wheel off and car on jackstands right now. When I rotate the brake rotor back and forth by hand, there is a clicking feel but no real sound, clicking like the bearing is not quite tight, again, only one click which occurs on change of direction. Feels like when my tensioner pully bearing went bad. Don't have the same feel on the left side, which is solid. Also, the rotor is hard to turn, like something's stuck and pushing against it.
I'm thinking wheel bearing, but I plan on inspecting the parking brake assembly also, but I never use that so I don't know why it would be in play. Caliper is okay as I re-habbed it a few months ago. The car did sit from about december to June due to unrelated radiator problems.
Anyone? TIA
