I had a similar symptom. I changed control arms & bushings to no effect, then I pulled up and down on inner arms. Right arm was loose due to a worn inner tie rod arm bushing. I swapped the bushing from a used arm I had lying around and the shake is gone. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find these bushings sold separately so you might have to buy the whole arm which is about 60 bucks.
