It does sound like 2 different problems. First the radio-turn the igntion key to the on position (engine not running). With the radio powered up & showing the entered CORRECT code, find fuse #13 (radio diagnostics) in the fuse panel on the drivers side of the dash. You want to put this fuse in & out a 1/2 dozen times and the radio should wake up. As far as the remote I would press the unlock button (6 or more times) while close to the drivers side of the car. If the key remote battery is good you may have to have the remote reprogrammed. If you have another remote try that. Hope this helps, Coldshot...............
