It sounds like you have a parasitic draw. This maybe very tricky to find and fix.
Basicaly you'll need an ampmeter hooked up in series with the battery. with the key out and everything off you should read less than 1/2 amp. Any more will drain your batt. If you have more you'll need to start pulling fuses until the draw stops. Once you find the fuse is when the fun starts. You'll need to get a wiring diagram of all what's on that circuit and start disconnecting them one by one.
Saabs aren't known for draws. I would first look at the A/M mods you did.
