As Ron says below, there's just one bolt, and a locating pin, holding the tensioner on the block. It's a self contained unit so there's no spring that's going to fly out at you. I had the same concerns myself when I changed this out and I changed it out because I couldn't remove the pully from the unit, even when it was on the bench. Good luck.
