use a 6-ich flare wrench, maybe 1/8 or 1/4 turn past finger tight? Don't overtighten, the seal is made by the conical metal surface on the bleeder. As for amount of fluid to drain, WIS says "left-front, 100ml, right-rear 50ml, right front 100ml, left rear 50ml". If it hasn't been flushed in a long time, you just want to flush out the old gunky stuff and stop when you see nice clear new flud.
