I reposted because I asked a question attached to an old post and they tend to fall down the list...

anyway - my fan has never come on in my A/C system, at least until the pressure hits high enough then it cuts out the compressor and the fan finally comes on - of course the air would go humid then so it would fast cycle in city but work on the highway -
what relay is shot or is it something else? damn factory manual was no help!


Also now it won't even cool at all - even fully charged, so I ordered a new expansion valve as they did not replace that when they did the compressor and evaporator and lines back in 2004 (original owner did it) -
so when I replace the valve I'm assuming drier also, lines down in front are only 4 years old but they only leaked when I replaced the radiator and laid the front condensor down on the ground twisting the lines (hasn't leaked since, holds charge no drop) -
Guess it's time to become an A/C expert on these!
